With regards enquiries, we can take these for you and qualify before passing onto you. We can should you wish also accompany the client to the property, if we have built a strong relationship with the enquirer. (This will be at an expense, unless the buyer purchases and then we will refund/deduct our expenses)

Price £150 per month (minimum contact 3 months). Our commission 1% of any sale made to a client introduced by us.

All fees are payable in advance via bank transfer. Transfer can be made in Euros Dollars or Sterling via bank or as necessary via Paypal.
